Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13 you may not use SaySum. You must give accurate sign-up information and follow the law where you live.

You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything posted from it. Keep your credentials private and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. One person should not run accounts designed to fake engagement.

You keep ownership of the Drops, Says, Say Backs, polls, photos and clips you post. By posting, you grant SaySum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content solely to operate, display and promote the SaySum service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that have already been shared by others or that remain in backups until they expire.

Only post content you have the right to post. Don't post other people's work, private information, or media you don't own the rights to.

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting people
• Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content or activity
• Graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or dangerous instructions
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading identity claims
• Engagement manipulation — bought likes, bot accounts, like rings, multiple accounts used to inflate a Say, or any attempt to game ranking or Verified Likes
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking the service or its infrastructure

We may remove content, limit posting, suspend or terminate an account when these terms are broken or when it is necessary to keep people safe. Where reasonable we'll tell you why. Reports are reviewed by our team, and moderation records are retained for safety.

Ranking on SaySum is earned by how a Say performs. Follower count, verification, staff role, fame, or payment do not buy organic ranking or discovery. Verified Likes are likes that pass our integrity checks; likes we consider manipulated do not count.

100K Verified Likes unlocks a Said Sum review. Approved Said Sums are eligible for a $100 reward after identity verification. Reaching the milestone makes a Say a review candidate — review and eligibility are not an automatic or guaranteed payment, and applicable programme, integrity and verification terms apply. Likes we consider manipulated do not count, and we may change or discontinue the programme.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account, which permanently removes your account and content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

SaySum is provided "as is". Features may change, break, or be removed, and we don't promise uninterrupted availability or that content posted by others is accurate or safe. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the service.

If we update these terms we'll change the effective date on this page and highlight material changes in the app. Continuing to use SaySum after that means you accept the updated terms.
