How Says, Verified Likes, and Said Sum actually work on SaySum.
- SaySum is a social conversation platform where Drops start conversations and Says are the main content. The conversation is the content — a Say can out-perform the post it came from.
- A Say is a response to a Drop, and it's the main content on SaySum. Says are ranked on how they perform, so a Say from anyone can reach the top.
- A Drop is an original post that starts a conversation. It can be text, a photo, a poll, or a short video clip.
- Verified Likes are trusted likes that pass SaySum's anti-abuse and account-integrity checks. Suspicious or manipulated engagement doesn't count toward ranking or Said Sum eligibility.
- 100K Verified Likes unlocks a Said Sum review. Approved Said Sums are eligible for a $100 reward after identity verification.
- No. Reaching 100K Verified Likes unlocks a Said Sum review. A reward is only possible after that review is approved and identity verification is complete.
- No. Followers are recognition only. Follower counts never determine ranking or discovery order — fame gets you recognized, it doesn't get you ranked.
- No. Verification confirms identity only. It carries no ranking weight and no discovery priority.
- SaySum was founded by Doug Akas.
- Said Sum is SaySum's earned achievement milestone, tied to a Say reaching the Verified Like threshold. It unlocks a review, and it cannot be bought.
