Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a SaySum account. Accounts we believe belong to someone under 13 are removed.

How to report

Anyone can report from inside the app. Open the Report menu on the Drop, Say or Say Back and choose “Child safety or sexual content involving minors”. The same option is available when reporting an account.

You can also email our designated child-safety contact at hr@akazkickz.net. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

How we respond

We review child-safety reports as a priority. Where a report is substantiated we remove the violating content, suspend or terminate the accounts involved, and preserve relevant evidence and account records where legally appropriate.

We report apparent violations and confirmed CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline and to relevant regional or national law-enforcement authorities where required by law, and cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.

Designated contact

SaySum's designated child-safety point of contact is hr@akazkickz.net. This mailbox is monitored for child-safety reports, law-enforcement requests and regulator enquiries.
